Large selection from most vendors and has stuff on the floor noone else does in the area and maybe the state. Carries a lot of inventory. No pressure even though I visited multiple times for multiple hours. White glove service was good and pricing was competitive. I bought a relatively small-volume chair special order and they were respectful of my communication preferences and regularly updated me and answers questions very promptly during standard business hours. Very knowledgeable. They also have a house brand that seemed to be a good value at the mid and upper end but didn't have a specific niche feature that mattered a lot to me. Notably has upper-end Loraco, Infiniti, Osaki, Panasonic, and Inada on the floor to try.
